MEMBERSHIP TERMS
CONDUCT, PRIVACY & MEDIA
- Treat members, opponents, officials, organisers, volunteers and venue staff with dignity and respect.
- Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour is not permitted.
- Do not post political, racial, communal, sexually explicit or offensive material in WWCC groups or social channels.
- Use English in the main WhatsApp groups so club communication remains accessible to everyone.
- Protect other members’ personal information and raise disagreements privately with an organiser.
- Respect club venues, equipment and reasonable instructions from officials and organisers.
Privacy and live streaming
WWCC uses membership information to administer club activities, teams, communications, payments and appropriate safety records. Player names and statistics may be publicly available through Play-Cricket.
Matches and events may be photographed, recorded or publicly live-streamed. Participants should expect to appear on screen, and recordings may remain available or be used for highlights and club promotion. Cameras will not be used in private areas. A member with a significant privacy or safeguarding concern must inform an organiser before participating.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from club groups, suspension or termination of membership.
